When you fill out a form on this site, use the estimate tool, book a call or send us an email, we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone number and the answers you share about your business. Our website host also records basic visit information, like which pages were viewed.

Why we collect it

We use it to reply to you, get ready for your call, give you an estimate and, if you become a client, do your bookkeeping. We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Chassie Bookkeeping and the tools we use to run the business: our website host, our booking and email tools, and the service that delivers your estimate answers to us. They only get what they need to do their job.

Our website host may use cookies to keep the site working and to see how it's used. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings.

Keeping it safe

We limit access to the people who need it. We keep your information only as long as we need it, or as long as the law requires us to keep client records.

Your choices

You can ask to see what we hold about you, fix it or have it deleted, and you can unsubscribe from our emails any time. Email hello@chassiebookkeeping.com and we'll take care of it. Some client records have to be kept for a set time by law.
