We keep it consistent and we keep it complete. The same careful process every month means your books are reliable, your deadlines are met and the work is done well. We look at your books the way a business owner would, we work completely paperless, and we serve business owners in British Columbia and Alberta. If something has been booked wrong along the way, we find it and fix it.

Monthly bookkeeping starts at $500 a month. That is a minimum, set by your transaction volume and how involved your books are, not by your revenue. Year-end is included. Our free estimate gives you a first number, and after a short call we put a clear price in writing. The Packages page shows what each level covers.

Catch-up is common, and it can be fixed. We do it as a one-time clean-up, priced once we see how far behind you are. Then you move onto a regular monthly package. Our free estimate gives you a first idea of the cost, and a short call confirms it.

For most businesses we recommend QuickBooks Online. You can get to it from anywhere, your data is backed up automatically, and your bookkeeper and accountant can work in the same file as you. Already on something else? We'll take a look and tell you honestly whether it's still the right fit.

We keep your books tax-ready all year and handle GST and PST filing. We don't prepare income tax returns, but we work closely with your accountant so everything they need is accurate and ready when they ask for it.

Cloud accounting is easy to use, affordable and secure, and your data is backed up automatically. It connects with the other apps you use, and you can reach your numbers anytime, anywhere. You, your bookkeeper and your accountant can all work from the same up-to-date information.
